Banana Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
