Lavender Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp lavender honey 
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 -1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 -1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp coarse Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cap, tighten the lid and shake well. Taste and adjust honey.  Serve at room temperature.
