Ingredients:
5 cups chopped seedless watermelon
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
balsamic vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Divide among 6 plates and drizzle each plate with balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and season wth salt and pepper to taste.
